1- Only Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Academic and Administrative staff can benefit from the service. Our readers must come to the library or fill out the ILL request form online. Publications requested for loan are received from the Central Library and returned to the Central Library. In the case of borrowing service, the rules of the library from which the request is made apply.                               

2- Before making a request, it should be checked whether the book is in the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Libraries collection by scanning it from the Library Automation System.

a) Reference works, (dictionary, encyclopedia, index, etc.),

b) Periodicals (magazine, newspaper, newsletter, etc.),

c) Textbooks,

d) Reserved books,.

f) Printed or unprinted undergraduate and graduate theses,

g) Audio-visual materials such as atlases, maps, films, slides.

h) Resources such as Rare Books are not loaned.

3- Interlibrary Loan officers of other university libraries who want to borrow books from Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Libraries, submit their requests to Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Libraries (Relevant faculty/institute libraries) by logging in through the Interlibrary Cooperation Tracking System (KİTS) program.

4- A maximum of 5 books are given to the libraries of universities and research institutions for 30 days.

5- If there is no reservation/reserve, the duration of the borrowed books can be extended 1 (one) time.

6- If there are overdue books in the account of the library that wants to borrow books, new requests from the library in question will not be processed.

7- A daily delay penalty is applied for each book whose return period has passed.

8- A reminder e-mail is sent to the library that has overdue books in its account. If the book is not returned despite reminders, the lost book procedure will be applied and requests from this library will not be met unless the penalty determined for this is paid.

9- The requesting library is held responsible for any damages that may occur during the use of the books (return period, damage, and losses - including shipping).

10- The library that wishes to borrow books from Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Libraries is deemed to have accepted the relevant articles of the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Libraries Regulation, including late penalties and book losses.

11- The requesting library is obliged to pay the shipping costs of the books sent and returned.
